At Guest Books by Sam, every piece of artwork is custom-created based on the photo and details you submit. This policy explains how the preview and final delivery process works so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Process Overview
Every order goes through three stages:
- Artwork Preview
After submitting your photo and details, we create and send a custom artwork preview for your review. - Review and Revisions
You can request as many changes as needed until you are happy with the design. - Payment and Final Delivery
Once you approve the artwork and complete payment, your final high-resolution file will be delivered by email.
2. Artwork Preview Delivery
Artwork previews are typically delivered within 24 hours of receiving your submission.
In many cases, previews are delivered sooner, but delivery times may vary depending on order volume and workload.
3. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included.
Our goal is to make sure your artwork feels perfect for your wedding before you purchase the final version.
Revision requests are typically completed within 24 hours.
4. Final Artwork Delivery
Once payment has been received:
- Your final artwork will be delivered digitally by email.
- Artwork is provided as a high-resolution file suitable for professional printing.
- No physical product is shipped.
Most final files are delivered within 24 hours of approval and payment.
5. Printing Your Artwork
Your artwork can be printed through a variety of professional printing services, including local print and frame shops, Staples, Walgreens, and other commercial print providers.
You may choose to print your artwork as a poster, canvas, foam board, or another format that best suits your wedding and home decor.
Printing services are provided by third parties and are not affiliated with Guest Books by Sam.
6. Email Delivery
Please ensure the email address you provide is accurate.
If you do not receive your artwork within the expected timeframe:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Contact us at support@guestbooksbysam.com.
7. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume
- Technical issues
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
