No payment is required to receive your initial artwork preview.
Before purchasing, you will have the opportunity to:
- Review your artwork.
- Request unlimited revisions.
- Approve the final design only when you are happy with it.
If you decide not to proceed, there is no obligation to purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because all artwork is personalized and delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once:
- Payment has been completed.
- The final artwork has been delivered.
This is because custom digital products cannot be returned.
3. Revisions Before Purchase
Unlimited revisions are included before payment.
We encourage customers to carefully review their artwork preview and request any changes they would like before approving the final version.

4. Approved Designs

Refunds are not available for issues that were visible in the approved artwork preview.
